CUSG Announces 2026 MemberXP™ Best of the Best Awards
Data-Driven Recognition Highlights Credit Unions Delivering Proven, Award-Winning Member Experiences
ROYAL OAK, Mich. – March 9, 2026 – CUSG proudly announces the first-place winners of the 2026 MemberXP™ Best of the Best Awards, recognizing credit unions that deliver exceptional, measurable member experiences backed by real data and real results. Now in its 10th year, the Best of the Best Awards have become the industry benchmark for identifying credit unions that consistently turn member insight into action.
Unlike traditional awards programs, the MemberXP Best of the Best Awards are grounded in direct member feedback. The 2026 honors are based on analysis of more than 2.6 million data points representing experiences from over 8.6 million credit union members nationwide, collected through the MemberXP experience management platform. Performance is evaluated using two proven metrics, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Member Effort Score (MES), with recognition reserved for the top 25% of performers in each experiential category. The highest-ranking credit union in each category earns first place distinction.

Best Overall Member Experience
The Best Overall Member Experience Award recognizes excellence across the most critical moments in the member journey. The award combines consumer loan, new member and transaction experiences into a single comprehensive evaluation. The 2026 honor was awarded to Alliance Catholic Credit Union in Michigan, which was recognized for consistently delivering low effort, high impact interactions across channels while leveraging MemberXP insights to continuously refine service delivery.
