CUSG Marketing Solutions provides a well-rounded suite of programs to amplify and
communicate the value of membership for credit unions nationwide and in Canada.
Striving to increase member growth and showcase the ‘credit union difference’ relative to each
credit union’s unique brand, the service starts with top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts provided
through Agency Services. Together with the credit union marketing executives, the focus
begins with business objectives. Marketing plans are crafted and depending on the strategies,
campaigns are deployed digitally through organic and programmatic advertising or other
optimal channel, as preferred by consumers in the marketplace. Whether the communications
support prospective marketing efforts, or existing member educational initiatives, campaigns
are designed to deliver the right message, to the right person and the best time possible in
their financial journey.

helps credit unions collect, analyze and act on direct member feedback for every interaction
the member has with the brand. MemberXP’s powerful analytic platform, combined with
concierge-level client success service, provides valuable insights for prospective member
marketing initiatives, internal cross-sell and educational campaigns, as well as technological
project prioritization for the credit union.
Lastly, to support marketing efforts for both prospective members and existing members,
Marketing Solutions added a new partner to the mix in 2022 – Marquis. Marquis has extensive
experience serving the credit union industry and provides a plethora of solutions related to
marketing automation, data analytics and CRM capabilities.
