Out of the four directors up for re-election, Mark Shobe and Gary Moody informed
CEO Dave Adams they will be stepping down at the end of their terms. Patty Corkery
and Dean Trudeau have expressed interest in seeking re-election.

Self-nominating forms were sent to CU Solutions Group shareholders with a return due
date of March 28, 2022.

Shareholders Andy Kempf, CEO of 4Front CU; Brad Bergmooser, CEO of Financial Plus
CU; David Snodgrass, CEO of Lake Trust CU and Rob Grech CEO of Alliance Catholic
CU self-nominated to run for the open director positions.

Of the slated individuals listed below who have self-nominated for the open director
positions, the Chair, using the proxies that he holds, nominates the following individuals:

• Patty Corkery, CEO of Michigan Credit Union League
• Rob Grech, CEO of Alliance Catholic Credit Union
